Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
· 8 to 10 years' experience in procurement, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
· Professional certifications in procurement and supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) are a must.
· Strong knowledge of procurement principles, sourcing techniques, and contract negotiation.
· Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, conduct market research, and make strategic decisions.
· Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
